At Cedar Healthcare Foundation, we believe that quality healthcare and nutritional security are fundamental human rights—not privileges reserved for the wealthy. Based in Lagos, Nigeria, we are a dedicated non-profit organization focused on bridging the gap in essential human needs for our city’s most vulnerable populations.

Cedar Healthcare Foundation was established by I.MDibie, a visionary serial entrepreneur and certified public health and social care personnel. As an active member of the Nigerian Red Cross Society, I.M Dibie brings a wealth of humanitarian expertise and strategic leadership to the foundation, ensuring our interventions are both impactful and sustainable

We tackle the cycle of poverty and illness through two primary avenues:

Healthcare should never be out of reach. Under professional guidance, we bring the clinic to the community, providing:

1. General medical consultations

2. Essential medications.

3. Health screenings for chronic conditions such as hypertension and diabetes.

Healing requires more than just medicine; it requires nourishment. We distribute nutritional packs and non-perishable food items to families facing extreme food insecurity, ensuring that our beneficiaries never have to face the danger of taking medication on an empty stomach

Cedar Healthcare Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to closing the healthcare gap in West Africa. Founded on the principle of “Service to Humanity,” we specialize in rural intervention. While urban centers often have infrastructure, our focus remains on the “last mile”—the rural villages and middle-class families struggling under the weight of economic hardship and medical neglect.

“Cedar Healthcare Foundation was born out of a vision to see a West Africa where no child goes hungry and no illness goes untreated simply because of a person’s zip code. We are a foundation built on the strength of the cedar tree—resilient, deep-rooted, and providing shade for all.”

”At Cedar Healthcare Foundation, we believe that your geography should never determine your right to health. Growing up and working across West Africa, I have seen firsthand the gap between urban medical advancement and the reality of our rural communities

“We founded this organization to bridge that gap. Whether we are distributing life-saving medicines in a remote village or providing food aid to families in need, our work is guided by three non-negotiable pillars: Compassion, Integrity, and Sustainability. We aren’t just here to provide a temporary fix; we are here to build a healthier future alongside our donors and partners. Thank you for standing with us as we bring hope to those who need it most.”
